My career spans leadership roles across medical devices, electrical and electromechanical manufacturing, and global distribution networks, where I have consistently delivered measurable improvements in service, cost, inventory, and decision speed. I specialize in turning fragmented operations into integrated, high-performing supply chain systems. I help organizations move from operational instability to predictable, scalable performance by improving how demand, capacity, inventory and execution are planned and managed.
